Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges for items of equal value if requested within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund for hygiene or safety reasons ( opened personal-use gear). Any such exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
In cases where Isla Trails is at fault, we will cover the return shipping expenses.
